If a package is delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Use PawLight consistently as part of your pet’s routine. If it is not right for you, contact support within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
Returned products may need to be unused or gently used, in original packaging, and returned within the stated return window.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law or clearly stated in our policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your PawLight arrives damaged or defective, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the case and help with a replacement, return, or refund where appropriate.
