Shipping Policy

At PawLight, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Notice: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location.

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 8–20 business days, where available

Free Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible PawLight orders.

If free shipping is available at the time of purchase, it will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

PawLight is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment confirmation.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please allow additional time before contacting us, as some carriers may experience delayed scans.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PawLight is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building, front desk, mailbox area, or local carrier office.

For lost or stolen packages, you may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to help, but delivery is ultimately handled by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

PawLight is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to certain countries, regions, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or remote locations.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a refund if needed.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has started processing or has shipped.
